This Saturday (26th January) is the day that most people are likely to fall off the wagon and break those hard-to-achieve New Year’s Resolutions, according to research by Pizza Hut.

Statistics indicate that fast food and other treats are off the menu throughout the month, with guilty-feeling diners flocking back to their favourite foods at the end of January once they realise their goals are just not achievable.

In the UK, Pizza Hut is running a ‘Saint or Sinner’ promotion. Diners can choose to be a saint and go light with a 500 calorie Pizzetta or be a sinner and indulge in a regular stuffed crust pizza. The pizza chain is allowing customers to avail of an extra 50% off bonus by using a downloadable voucher from their website.
